Cannot praise this mob enough. Had a faulty awning due to the manufacturer giving me the wrong Part Number to replace a Lower Stop & Connector. 2 blokes spent 2 hours on it while the boss scoured the internet trying to diagnose the problem. Then declined any offer of payment as problem wasn't fixed. 10 minutes after leaving I got a call from the boss with pictures and Part No's of said offending part & correct part required. Still declined offer of payment telling us to '' Enjoy our trip '' A true Aust Legend.

John and the team renewed my faith in good old customer service as this is lacking in so many businesses today. I needed a quick fix to my RV after my internal electric plug burnt requiring a replacement. This was done quickly, efficiently and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely be back if I encounter any more RV issues Thanks again.

I was looking for a part and saw the Caravan Repairs and Service sign on Logan Road Underwood. The reason I am giving this testimonial is because when I arrived outside the premises, I overheard a staff member talking to a client beside their van and my first impression was this company seems very professional. I then went inside and was served immediately by a very helpful staff member behind the counter. While I was waiting for my part I asked questions like refrigeration issues, servicing and pricing. Another staff member who heard my request gave me good advice and the prices given were very fair. While I was there I had a look at their accessories and I believe those accessories and parts are things that we actually need. My previous experience with caravan service centres is they are too lazy to discuss anything with you, tell you when to drop it off, when you pick it up you pay the money and leave. I would recommend this company because of their genuine interest, professional attitude and expertise.
